How do Botox & Dysport work?
Botox® Cosmetic
Botox is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that works by temporarily relaxing the facial muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. By reducing muscle movement in targeted areas, Botox smooths existing wrinkles and helps prevent deeper lines from forming over time.

Treatments are quick, typically taking about 10–15 minutes, with little to no downtime. Most clients begin to notice results within 3–5 days, with full results appearing around 10–14 days. Results generally last about 3–4 months before maintenance treatments are recommended.
Dysport®
Dysport is also an FDA-approved neuromodulator designed to soften expression lines by relaxing targeted facial muscles. It works similarly to Botox but has a slightly different formulation that may allow it to spread more easily in certain treatment areas, making it a popular choice for treating larger areas like the forehead.

Treatments are quick and minimally invasive, usually taking about 10–15 minutes. Many clients begin seeing results as early as 2–3 days after treatment, with full results developing within about 1–2 weeks. Results typically last around 3–4 months depending on the individual.
